I started working for Engage in 2014. In my role as the People & Talent Manager, I lead the HR team and head up the start-to-end hiring process. Since joining, I've played a pivotal role in our growth and establishing Engage as a leading employer in the UK. 

 

Engage gave me the opportunity in a field that I was passionate about early on in my career, which has enabled me to progress and support others who wish to do the same. I enjoy being part of an ambitious company and take pride in being part of a high-performing operations team.

I started working for Engage in April 2024 as a People Administrator, I have the pleasure of overseeing the onboarding process, maintaining and updating personnel records, and managing the company's communication and correspondence.

 

Working with Engage has been an incredibly rewarding experience as it allows me to liaise and build rapports with different people across various offices.
